One of the latest spin offs of business VoIP technology is the Hosted CLOUD PBX Solution. Our hosted cloud telephony service is a robust solution enabling small and medium sized businesses to have a sophisticated telephone system without the investment in telephone equipment. In fact, the entire telephone system can be operated and maintained by our user friendly web interface. Out hosted Cloud PBX lets employees work from their home, a hotel or on their cell phone while still being connected to the same office telephone system. Just like a Traditional telephone system, you can transfer callers, put them on hold with music, set up conference calls or have the phone answered by an automated attendant who can direct callers to different departments. but is also very popular in the financial industry and multi-country deployments due to the excellent value that it offers, the large number of countries from which we can provide DIDs, the excellent Quality of Service, the high level of support that we offer, as well as its ability to serve multiple sites across the globe as if they were all in a single location.

Our system can provide a fully functional IP Telephony solution over a carrier-grade platform. The features included in the system are as follows, but not limited to:

  • DIDs in over 70 countries with local landlines as well as Toll Free Numbers (Each DID can accommodate multiple simultaneous calls, depending on country)
  • Competitive Call Rates with top quality of service
  • Multiple IVRs
  • Time Schedules
  • Queues
  • Hunt Groups
  • Call Centre functionality
  • Call Monitoring with Statistics
  • Bulk Dialer
  • Conference Bridge
  • Voicemail to Email
  • Pickup Groups

SIP Accounts – Extensions

If you wish to use our system as a fully functional hosted PBX we can provide an extension for each one of your users. Each extension is charged with a small setup fee which then applies on a recurring basis every month thereafter.

By using our  hosted PBX solution will need a single extension for all your DIDs in order for your IP PBX to authenticate outgoing calls.

We take the quality of our services very seriously and that is why we co-operate with the best carriers globally in order to deliver the best possible value for money. We are always happy to setup demo accounts for our customers so that they can test the quality of our calls prior to committing to our services.

Setup and Configuration

We will provide the credentials of a secured web platform with your SIP credentials so you can configure  your PBX according to your needs with ease. If you wish any kind of assistance with the configuration or if your needs are too complicated for you to handle then we can assist you from designing and configuring the system in order to best fit your requirements to help you with any additional needs  or changes.  Our setup costs will reflect the complexity of the design as well as the number of users which will be configured. The cost is negligible with respect to the benefits that the system offers.

Dynamic Caller ID

If you have multiple DIDs from us, we are able to dynamically configure the system so that it automatically detects the destination that you are calling. It will then display the DID of that particular destination so that your customers will see a local number as Caller ID. This will dramatically increase the number of phone calls that will be answered by your prospect customers. When they call back, they will be able to do so on that same number, meaning that they will only be charged local rates. For all other destinations where you do not have a local number we will display a default number of your choice.

We take security very seriously and thus we are able to implement a series of functions that will provide our customers with peace of mind:

  • Screen calls before they are answered
  • Restrict IP from which each extension can register
  • Restrict the IP from which the system can make outgoing calls
  • Restrict number of calls to/from each extension
  • Restrict maximum call spending per day
  • Restrict maximum concurrent inbound/outbound/total calls
  • Restrict total spending by applying a Credit Limit

Our technical team specializes in supporting the system from end to end. We give high priority to all our customers and always respond in a timely fashion. All support requests are important to us as are our clients.

For support requests regarding specific calls, we will analyse the route of the call from the end to end and pin-point the cause(s) so that we can assist you in solving the problem from its root.

There are a number of key advantages to using a hosted pbx versus traditional telephone service or purchasing an office telephone system.

Cost savings – You do not need to make a large upfront investment by purchasing an office telephone system and there is no need to maintain it. With a Hosted PBX solution the office telephone system is operated by your provider.

Geographical Flexibility – Employees can work from anywhere when your office phone system is virtual. You can have employees working from home, other offices, mobile phones, and even overseas.

Local Presence – Hosted PBX systems allow you to get local virtual numbers in cities where you are not physically located which allows you to create a virtual presence or open a virtual office in Athens or the UK.

Credibility – For small businesses a virtual system can give them instant credibility by presenting their customers with a professional sounding telephone solution. Traditional telephone systems are generally cost prohibitive for smaller organizations.

Scalability – Traditional phone systems are limited by how many users they can handle as well as how many lines you have purchased from your local telephone provider. Our Hosted PBX  systems offer enterprise class features (i.e. Interactive Voice Recording, voicemail to email, call queues, ring groups and time conditions) that are offered free of charge.

Quick Setup – A Hosted PBX solution can have you up and running very quickly compared to a traditional telephone system.

Cheaper Calls – Our Hosted PBX is based on VoIP (Voice over IP) and as a result, our customers can benefit from Ultra low-rate International calls compared to the rest Telephone Operators.

A short example

A company employee or manager travels abroad frequently. Instead of paying hundreds of Euros on mobile roaming, he can receive all company calls on his mobile (using internet access and a SIP client) or on his laptop using a VoIP Software phone.
Another example is a small company who is placed in 2-3 small offices around Cyprus (or even abroad). If this company would use a traditional PBX system, it would require a PBX at each location meaning, high Setup Fees, high monthly Line Rental fees and monthly call costs between them not taking into consideration the maintenance of those PBX systems. With the Hosted PBX solution, the company benefits from Low setup and running fees as well as from free calls between the offices.

The customer requires to either having an Internet connection or a new Internet connection dedicated for the phone calls can be provided. He can then receive calls either by the use of VoIP Phones (offer more features than traditional PSTN phones) or by the use of a VoIP Soft Phone installed on a computer and using either headsets or USB compatible handsets.
