Static IP

Service info: With a static IP address you can access your PC at any time and place in the world. Using remote management programs, you can log into your work or home PC fast and easily. With a static IP address you can set up your own email address with your choice of domain name.

Fixed Telephony Lines: We can provide fixed telephony lines with either new numbers or ported existing numbers from other providers.

Requirements: Any of the above Service Plans.

Service requires No Contracts or long term Commitments.  You can terminate the service with a short notice.

Notes:
1. All prices include VAT.
2. The setup charge  includes the modem.
3. Self installation is not  applicable for products with speeds 50Mbps and above and for products offered through fiber broadband access.
4 The above charges include all broadband access fees.
5. Customers with Internet Home products have the capability of enhanced upload speed with a small additional cost.
6. Access to the internet is offered as follows: (i) Advertised speed – this is the speed that is advertised for each product, (ii) Maximum speed – this is the same as the advertised speed, (iii) Normally available speed – this is at least 90% of the maximum speed and is available to the end user twenty-four hours a day, (iv) Minimum speed – this is defined as 80% of the maximum speed.
7. Internet without a contract offers a more flexible way to get online without being tied in. Our no contract deals offer short term, 30-day, rolling contracts.
